This website provides general information about KaydTech Solutions and allows visitors to request consultations. Website content does not by itself create a service contract or guarantee a project outcome.
Project scope and quotations
Services begin only after requirements, responsibilities, pricing, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables are confirmed in an accepted quotation or agreement. Estimates may change when the actual environment, data, or requirements differ from information initially provided.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing lawful access, accurate information, valid software licenses, timely approvals, suitable infrastructure, and authorized data required for the agreed work.
Third-party software
QuickBooks, ERPNext, operating systems, hosting providers, and other third-party products are governed by their own licenses and terms. Product availability, features, and vendor policies may change independently of KaydTech Solutions.
Backups and change control
Production work should follow an agreed backup, testing, approval, and rollback process. Specific responsibilities are defined in the project scope.
Intellectual property
Ownership and permitted use of custom deliverables are defined in the accepted quotation or agreement. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses.
